The worst part for the sales person is realizing how much money they are making for the company and how little of it they get.  Most companies only pay you once and therefore you have to keep getting sale after sale to keep making your commission check.  The best marketing sales jobs don't just pay you once but keep paying you month ina nd month out as long as the customer keeps buying.  This makes it much easier for the sales person to have a huge vested interest in making sure the consumer is getting the best customer service. 

What should you look for in a company?
